A Husky’s Job – Recruitment and workforce management platform
Frontend design and implementation for a recruitment and workforce management platform. The application brings the daily workflows of recruiters and administrators into one environment.
About the client
A Husky’s Job develops tools for recruitment and workforce management, with a focus on candidate organization, hiring stages and operational data.
Project Overview
The project required a frontend that could support different administrative workflows without every screen turning into a separate implementation. The foundation was a shared layout system, reusable components and a clear data flow for candidates, pipelines and administration.
The Challenge
The engagement was short, so the core architectural decisions had to be made early. In an internal tool used throughout the day, consistency and predictability matter more than impressive one-off screens.
My Contribution
I defined the frontend architecture and built the core UI patterns. The goal was to leave a codebase that the next team could extend without first having to restructure it.
Technology Stack
- Vue.js, Tailwind CSS, frontend architecture, reusable components, recruitment workflows.
