Do I need to book a meeting before getting an estimate?
No. You can start with the form and questionnaire. A meeting is only needed if it makes sense after the first estimate or if there is something that needs to be discussed beforehand.
What information do I need to have ready?
You do not need a complete specification or finished design. A short description of the problem, the current situation and the main functionality you need is enough to start.
How long does the questionnaire take?
About 10 minutes. The questions are tailored to the type of project you selected, so I can understand the requirements without asking you to prepare a long technical document.
When will I receive the first estimate?
Usually within about 30 minutes after you complete the questionnaire. You’ll receive it by email with an initial estimate of cost and timeline.
What does the first estimate include?
It includes an initial view of the project scope, estimated cost and estimated timeline based on the information you provided.
Can we sign an NDA first?
Yes. If the project involves confidential information, an NDA can be signed before you share sensitive details. You do not need to include confidential information in the initial form.

What happens if the estimate works for me?
