Full-stack contribution to a social-video platform where users created challenges and responded with their own videos. The product included a mobile app, admin dashboard and backend.
About the client
The Box App IKE developed a social product centered on user-generated video, challenges and competitions.
Project Overview
Users could upload videos, create challenges and participate in competitions. The admin dashboard covered users, content, challenges, analytics and moderation, while the backend handled authentication, metadata and business rules.
The Challenge
Video uploads moved through different states across the mobile app, backend and admin. The system had to handle incomplete uploads, permissions and moderation with clear feedback to users.
My Contribution
I worked full-stack on the dashboard, Ionic application and Laravel backend, covering content flows, challenge logic and APIs.
