Redesign and gradual replacement of the frontend in a logistics backoffice supporting vehicle transport across multiple European markets.
About the client
Flovi Oy operates in logistics and vehicle transportation, with operational workflows across multiple countries and daily backoffice use.
Project Overview
The existing backoffice needed a new UX and a cleaner frontend architecture. The transition was gradual so active operations could continue while screens and shared UI patterns were replaced.
The Challenge
The core constraint was that the system could not stop for a rewrite. Every new screen had to coexist with the old one until migration was complete, without creating two unrelated architectures.
My Contribution
I led the frontend redesign, new component structure and progressive migration of operational workflows.
