Full-stack contribution to White Hat Gaming’s enterprise backoffice platform, with a stronger focus on frontend architecture, shared components and technical decisions within a large monorepo.
About the client
White Hat Gaming provides licensed online gaming platforms to international operators in a highly regulated environment.
Project Overview
The backoffice supports operational, regulatory and business workflows across different roles and products. The codebase is organized as an NX monorepo with multiple applications and shared libraries, while backend services include Node.js and Scala.
The Challenge
Changes to shared code can affect multiple applications and teams. The architecture has to maintain clear boundaries and shared conventions without slowing continuous delivery of product and regulatory changes.
My Contribution
I design and evolve frontend structures, reusable components and complex UI flows. I work with backend teams and contribute to system design, code review and mentoring.
