At Netguru I worked as a senior frontend and full-stack developer across different client projects, from dashboards and internal tools to mobile applications. The role also included technical leadership of a frontend team.
About the client
Netguru is an international digital consultancy that builds web and mobile products for startups and established companies through distributed teams.
Project Overview
I worked across several codebases with different requirements and deadlines. A significant part of the work involved an application for warehouse operations, including staff management, internal tools and dashboards used during daily shifts.
The Challenge
Frequent context switching required quickly understanding different stacks and business rules. As a frontend lead, I also had to maintain common quality and architecture across developers working in different time zones.
My Contribution
I designed frontend architecture, implemented complex interfaces, performed code reviews and mentoring. Where needed I also worked on backend services with Node.js and on mobile/cross-platform applications.
