Vertrical – Frontend leadership in digital health
Frontend leadership and development on an existing digital-health platform for Vertrical, with emphasis on codebase consistency, documentation and delivery across different time zones.
About the client
Vertrical is a digital-health consultancy working with companies in the sector through distributed product teams.
Project Overview
The work took place on an established platform. New features and components had to follow existing conventions and integrate without creating a second architecture.
The Challenge
The team worked across multiple time zones. Technical decisions and handoffs had to be clear enough for the next developer to continue without constant synchronous communication. The health-tech environment also required care around the data and compliance rules already defined by the project.
My Contribution
I handled frontend leadership, implementation and coordination using TypeScript and Tailwind CSS while following the existing architecture and team processes.
Technology Stack
- Vue.js 3, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, frontend leadership, distributed teams, digital health.
