Custom business application for 2Parts that combines financial data, orders, payroll and daily internal workflows in one system.
About the client
2Parts needed a single view of operational and financial information that previously lived across different processes and files.
Project Overview
The main financial dashboard presents revenue, payments and collections, while the same application supports orders, payroll and internal business workflows. The goal was to reduce manual data consolidation before decisions could be made.
The Challenge
The challenge was translating different business concepts into one data model without turning the dashboard into another static reporting file. Numbers had to connect back to the real records they came from.
My Contribution
I built the application and dashboards around the company's actual workflows.
