Netguru S.A. – Web, Mobile & Dashboard Applications

During my time at Netguru, I worked on a variety of web and mobile application projects within an agency environment, supporting multiple international clients. The role involved contributing to different products in parallel, each with its own requirements, timelines and technical challenges. A key project involved developing a web-based application for warehouse operations, focused on workforce management and internal process optimization. The system supported day-to-day operational needs, providing dashboards and interfaces for managing personnel, workflows and operational data in a structured and efficient manner. Working in an agency context required rapid onboarding to new codebases, close collaboration with designers, backend engineers and product managers, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions under tight deadlines. Architectural decisions needed to balance scalability, maintainability and delivery speed across multiple client engagements. The overall experience emphasized adaptability, technical leadership and communication across international teams, while maintaining consistent frontend quality standards across web applications, mobile interfaces and progressive web apps.
