Sol41 – Client Management & Online Booking Platform
The Sol41 client management and booking platform brings online booking, client records, staff and supplier management, and the dashboards the owner actually looks at into one system.

About the client

Sol41 works in wellness and personal care, where the business runs on appointments. Scheduling, staff availability and knowing what the month actually looked like are the whole operation.

Project Overview

Sol41 needed client data, appointments and daily operations in one place instead of spread across whatever had accumulated over the years.Online booking was the piece clients see. They schedule directly, which removes the phone tag, but the interesting part is underneath: availability, scheduling constraints, and rules that differ per service. Booking systems look simple until you write down every reason a slot might not be bookable.Internally it covers staff and supplier management. Administrators handle personnel, assign responsibilities and keep track of operational resources without a spreadsheet in the middle. Then the dashboards. Financial performance and operational metrics, presented so the owner can see how the business is doing without asking anyone. That is usually the feature that changes how a company is run, and it is almost always the one specified last.

The Challenge

The challenge was making booking, client management and internal operations behave like one product. Each module has to work on its own and still agree with the others about what happened.Analytics added the rest. Numbers are only useful if they are right, so the backend had to be careful about how data was aggregated, and the frontend had to present financial and operational figures in a way a non-technical owner can read at a glance.

My Contribution

Full-stack, designing and implementing both ends.I built the booking and management interfaces with Tailwind CSS, using reusable components and consistent patterns for the parts where most of the complexity lives. The Laravel backend covers appointment scheduling, client management, staff and supplier administration, and the data aggregation behind the analytics dashboards. It is a system somebody opens every morning, so stability mattered more than sophistication.

Technology Stack

  • Vue.js, Tailwind CSS, Laravel, full-stack web application architecture, online booking systems, client and staff management, financial and operational analytics dashboards
