Prosperty IKE – Real Estate Platform

Most property sites are a list with filters bolted on. Prosperty was built the other way round, with geography as the primary axis: search by location, proximity and spatial criteria instead of scrolling a list and hoping.That decision pushes complexity everywhere. Spatial queries are expensive, filtering logic gets tangled fast, and none of it can leak into an interface that has to stay simple enough for someone browsing flats on a phone.A serious part of the work was rebuilding what was already there. As the product changed, the codebase needed clearer separation of concerns and more predictable data flow, otherwise each new feature would cost more than the one before it.This is startup work, so the technical foundation had to be solid without being final.
