Full-stack development of a custom business management platform for 2Parts, designed to centralize financial operations, order processing and internal workflows. The application includes dashboards, payment tracking, payroll management and operational tools supporting day-to-day business activities.

Project Overview

This project involved building a comprehensive web application to manage core business operations for 2Parts. The platform was designed to bring together financial data, orders, customer information and internal workflows into a single unified system. A key component of the application is its financial dashboard functionality, providing visibility into revenues, payments, collections and overall financial performance. These dashboards were designed to support decision-making through clear and structured data presentation. The system also includes extensive operational modules such as order management, customer and employee administration, payroll handling and supplier-related workflows. These features help automate and streamline processes that would otherwise require manual coordination across multiple tools. Additional functionality such as email communication and video integration was implemented to support operational communication and collaboration, ensuring that the platform could act as a central operational hub for the business.

The Challenge

One of the main challenges was integrating a wide range of operational and financial features into a single coherent system. Each module needed to operate reliably on its own while remaining tightly integrated with the rest of the platform. Ensuring data consistency across payments, payroll, orders and financial reporting required careful backend design and clear frontend workflows, making reliability and maintainability key priorities throughout development.

My Contribution

I worked as a full-stack developer on the project, designing and implementing both frontend and backend architecture. On the frontend, I built complex management interfaces using Vue.js, Tailwind CSS and Vuetify, focusing on clarity, scalability and reusable component structures. I developed financial dashboards and operational management screens, ensuring that large volumes of data could be accessed and understood efficiently by business users. Particular attention was given to usability and performance in data-heavy views. On the backend, I implemented core business logic using Laravel, supporting order management, payroll processing, payments, collections and integrations such as email and video functionality. The result was a robust and extensible system supporting critical business operations.
