Sol41 – Client Management & Online Booking Platform
Full-stack development of a custom web application for Sol41, designed to manage clients, appointments and business operations. The platform includes online booking functionality, staff and supplier management, and analytics dashboards supporting financial and operational insights.

About the client

Sol41 is a business operating in the wellness and personal care sector, requiring a reliable digital system to manage client appointments, personnel scheduling and operational data. The company focuses on structured service delivery and data-driven decision-making.

Project Overview

This project involved building a comprehensive client and appointment management system tailored to the operational needs of Sol41. The application was designed to centralize client data, appointment scheduling and daily workflows into a single, unified platform. An online booking system was implemented to allow clients to schedule appointments directly through the platform, reducing manual coordination and improving overall customer experience. The booking workflows were designed to handle availability, scheduling constraints and service-specific logic. Beyond client-facing functionality, the system supports internal operations such as staff and supplier management. Administrators can manage personnel, assign responsibilities and oversee operational resources through structured management interfaces. A key component of the platform is its analytics and dashboard functionality, providing insights into financial performance and operational metrics. These dashboards support data-driven decision-making and give management clear visibility into business performance.

The Challenge

One of the main challenges was designing a system that combined booking, client management and internal operations into a cohesive workflow. Each module needed to integrate seamlessly while remaining flexible enough to support evolving business needs. Ensuring reliable data handling and meaningful analytics added further complexity, requiring careful backend design and clear frontend visualization to present financial and operational data in an accessible way.

My Contribution

I worked as a full-stack developer on the project, designing and implementing both the frontend and backend architecture. On the frontend, I built the user interface using Vue.js in combination with Tailwind CSS and PrimeVue, focusing on reusable components, consistent design patterns and efficient development workflows. I implemented complex booking and management interfaces with a strong emphasis on usability and clarity, leveraging PrimeVue components and Tailwind utilities to create scalable and maintainable UI layouts. On the backend, I developed core business logic using Laravel, supporting appointment scheduling, client management, staff and supplier administration, and data aggregation for analytics dashboards, delivering a stable and extensible system for daily business operations.
