A Husky’s Job – Recruitment & Workforce Management Platform
Frontend architecture design and development of a recruitment and workforce management platform for A Husky’s Job. The project focused on building a scalable backoffice system to support recruitment workflows, internal operations and administrative management.

About the client

A Husky’s Job is a recruitment and workforce management company providing digital tools to support hiring processes, workforce coordination and operational efficiency. The platform targets businesses that require structured systems to manage talent and recruitment workflows.

Project Overview

This project involved building a custom backoffice web application to support recruitment and workforce management operations for A Husky’s Job. The platform was designed to centralize administrative workflows, candidate management and internal operational processes. The application focused heavily on internal tooling, enabling administrators to manage data, oversee recruitment pipelines and maintain visibility across workforce-related activities. Emphasis was placed on clarity, structure and usability, as the system was intended for daily operational use. A strong architectural foundation was established to ensure that the platform could evolve over time without accumulating technical debt. Component structure, layout consistency and predictable data flows were prioritized throughout development. Although the engagement was relatively short, the goal was to deliver a robust and maintainable frontend foundation that could support ongoing development and future feature expansion.

The Challenge

One of the main challenges was designing a scalable frontend architecture within a limited timeframe. Architectural decisions needed to balance immediate delivery with long-term maintainability. Working within an outsourced engagement required clear communication, well-defined boundaries and disciplined implementation to ensure that the delivered system met quality and performance expectations.

My Contribution

I worked as a frontend lead on the project, responsible for designing the frontend architecture and implementing core parts of the backoffice application. My role included defining component structure, layout systems and overall UI direction. I developed the application using Vue.js, leveraging PrimeVue for complex UI elements and Tailwind CSS for layout and visual consistency. Particular focus was given to building reusable components and clean architectural patterns. In addition to hands-on development, I provided technical oversight and guidance to ensure that the delivered frontend met quality standards and could be maintained and extended beyond the initial engagement.
