It operates in Finland, Sweden and Poland, and rebranded from Biila Solutions Oy in 2025.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a075adf elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a075adf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Project Overview<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d0a0dfd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d0a0dfd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tFlovi moves cars between dealerships, rental companies and service providers. The backoffice is where that actually gets coordinated: transfers, drivers, partners, and the operational workflow behind each one, across three countries.\n\nThis was a complete redesign and re-architecture of that frontend. The old one worked, but it had accumulated friction, and friction in an operations tool is measured in staff hours per day.\n\nThe redesign came out of close work with a UX designer, which is the part that made it worth doing. My job was turning those concepts into a frontend that could hold them. Information hierarchy came first, because the screens are genuinely complicated and nothing else reads properly until that is sorted. Working directly with the UX designer meant a short loop between a design idea and an honest answer about what it would cost.\n\nI contributed to the architectural decisions, with the expansion into The backoffice is where that actually gets coordinated: transfers, drivers, partners, and the operational workflow behind each one, across three countries.\n\nThis was a complete redesign and re-architecture of that frontend. The old one worked, but it had accumulated friction, and friction in an operations tool is measured in staff hours per day.\n\nThe redesign came out of close work with a UX designer, which is the part that made it worth doing. My job was turning those concepts into a frontend that could hold them. Information hierarchy came first, because the screens are genuinely complicated and nothing else reads properly until that is sorted.
