A tool used throughout the working day should start quickly and stay open, rather than compete for attention with the rest of a representative&#8217;s browser tabs.\n\nThe interface is deliberately plain. Customer records and their documents, reachable in as few steps as possible. Nothing else was added, because everything added to an internal tool is something a busy person has to look past.\n\nSmall scope, enterprise context.
