They schedule directly, which removes the phone tag, but the interesting part is underneath: availability, scheduling constraints, and rules that differ per service. Booking systems look simple until you write down every reason a slot might not be bookable.\n\nInternally it covers staff and supplier management. Administrators handle personnel, assign responsibilities and keep track of operational resources without a spreadsheet in the middle.\n\nThen the dashboards. Financial performance and operational metrics, presented so the owner can see how the business is doing without asking anyone. Each module has to work on its own and still agree with the others about what happened.\n\nAnalytics added the rest.
