If your reporting still runs on copy-paste, you already feel the drag. Data has to be collected, cleaned and reconciled before anyone can act on it. How I build it, step by step<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

My process runs in four steps and starts with a technical audit, not a design. I map the data, its boundaries and how the numbers move today. Then I design the architecture and interface, build the agreed scope and hand it over with a 30-day warranty. I use a component-based frontend<\/a> with strict TypeScript, keep the data contracts explicit and test performance against the expected usage. The framework is a technical choice, not the reason to build the dashboard.<\/p>\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Can it connect to my existing systems?<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

It can connect to databases, APIs and spreadsheets where access and data quality allow. The audit verifies each source and determines whether the dashboard can sit on top of it or whether part of the data flow needs to change.<\/p>\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Is a custom business dashboard worth it compared to Excel?<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\n

If a spreadsheet still does the job calmly, keep it. I have no interest in selling you a rebuild you do not need. Once reporting consumes meaningful time, stops when one person is away, or drives high-stakes decisions, compare that cost and risk with the price of a dashboard.<\/p>\n\n\r\n\r\n
